Questions before you enroll
Does the online fee include hands-on or hospital training?
The viewed offer describes online education separately from simulator, dry-lab and hospital-based activities. Confirm the approved inclusion schedule, academic support and any separate practical-training costs before enrolling.
Does course completion authorize independent surgery?
No. Academic completion, practical assessment, hospital privileges and approval for an individual case are separate matters.
What happens after online learning?
Your academic requirements must be reviewed. The program team can then explain the prerequisites, availability and arrangements for the next stage. Completing an online lesson does not itself authorize practical or clinical participation.
What is Phase IV?
It is the receiving-hospital mentorship extension in the integrated program design. It uses individually assessed encounters, feedback and follow-up recommendations. Confirm adoption and availability for your enrollment.
Will I be independent after the ten assessed encounters?
That is not guaranteed. The initial pathway can lead to continued supervision, remediation, additional evidence or institutional review of a specified scope.
Can previous robotic training be recognized?
You may request a review. Recognition depends on relevant evidence and the approved curriculum; it is not an automatic exemption.
Can I enroll without a receiving hospital?
The integrated Open Access design provides a route to eligible academic activities. Clinical Phase IV requires an institution that authorizes participation and supervision. Confirm your arrangements before committing to later stages.
Is the 360° video the Surgeon 360° portal?
No. The video is an educational viewing experience. Surgeon 360° is a separate existing portal. Its connection to Kajabi is in preparation; automatic progress and certificate updates are not yet confirmed as available.
Where will I find my completion document?
While portal integration is being prepared, the Academy issues your completion document on request after reviewing the applicable academic requirements. Contact Academy support to request it.
Is there a separate course for assisting surgeons?
No. Surgeons and assisting surgeons take the same online course. Practical duties and authorization differ by role and are arranged separately.
Is there a nursing course?
Yes, the Robotic Nursing Program is a separate course. All 35 approved video lessons in nine modules are published. Review the nursing terms and enroll for USD 795, online only. Assessment and certification requirements remain separate and pending configuration.
What is the Hospital Program Course?
A future course for hospital leaders and program teams, based on the Buyers Kit. It is coming soon and is not a currently available qualification. Institutional program discussions are available now.
How do hospitals obtain the Buyers Kit?
Request an institutional review copy. The kit supports review and adoption; receiving it does not establish clinical authorization or a service contract.
How do I confirm dates, fees, languages and refund terms?
Review the current enrollment summary and terms, and contact the program team about any unresolved practical arrangements before payment.
Surgeon 360° — integration in preparation
The portal exists at portal.omnibot.mx. Its connection to Kajabi is in preparation; automatic progress and certificate updates are not yet confirmed as available. The portal does not grant clinical privileges. The Academy continues to issue completion documents on request after review of applicable academic requirements.
