Build the program around your institution
An institutional robotic surgery program needs more than a course. The integrated OMNIBOT Buyers Kit provides a framework for aligning education, implementation, governance, operational support and ongoing review.
Advisory services and institutional program available for consultation
Course in preparation
- 01
Define the scope
Identify participants, responsibilities, training activities and contracted support.
- 02
Prepare the team
Connect role-specific preparation with practical training and assessment.
- 03
Establish governance
Adopt policies, assign accountable decision-makers and document supervision and authorization.
- 04
Support implementation
Track readiness milestones, service delivery and the handover into local operations.
- 05
Review progress
Follow implementation and educational evidence through institution-specific reviews, including planned 30-, 60- and 90-day checkpoints.
The twelve-document kit includes the D5-A proctor manual and nine evaluation forms linked to F-ROB-011. Institutions must review and adopt the applicable framework; service commitments are defined by the executed agreement.
Three counters. Three different meanings.
The proposed Phase IV initial ten individual encounters and reviews around 3, 6, 9 and 10 are subject to contract and institutional adoption. They do not confer automatic independence. An eight-day intensive is a delivery format, not guaranteed program completion.
- 01
Cohort clinical cases
Clinical cases recorded for the group; not an individual enrolled professional’s assessed encounters.
- 02
Individual encounters
Eligible, observed participation assessed for one enrolled professional.
- 03
Technical support cases
Platform or technical-support activity; not a substitute for academic assessment.
Practical preparation
Practice with a defined plan
Practical training brings individual exercises, team preparation and observed participation into a documented learning plan. The format, site, schedule and fees must be confirmed for your enrollment.
The integrated program includes an intensive training design. Its timetable organizes learning opportunities; individual completion depends on the required evidence and assessments. Clinical opportunities vary, and identical bedside or console participation is not guaranteed for every enrolled professional.
Phase IV mentorship
Feedback that follows the surgeon into practice
The proposed Phase IV pathway begins with ten eligible, individually assessed encounters in the receiving hospital. Each encounter helps document what the surgeon performed, what the evaluator observed and what should happen next.
1
Prepare
Agree on objectives, permitted participation and the observation plan.
2
Observe
Record the tasks performed, assistance provided and any relevant interventions.
3
Review
Discuss evidence, strengths, priorities and any remediation.
4
Plan
Document a scoped recommendation for the next encounter, with hospital review whenever authorization needs to change.

- 8
- 9Review
- 10Review
Reviews around encounters 3, 6, 9 and 10 support longitudinal discussion. Additional supervision, assessment or remediation may be needed after the initial pathway.
Ten assessed encounters do not mean ten independent operations, ten mentor visits or automatic permission to operate independently. Availability, review allocation and mentoring arrangements must be confirmed in writing.

- Individual surgeon and nursing enrollment and tuition
- Practical activities, site scheduling, clinical participation and fees
- Hospital privileges and authorization for each case
Discuss institutional readiness, scope, responsibilities and a possible rollout. Availability and deliverables must be confirmed in writing; no institutional price or checkout is offered here.
Duration & access
The schedule, course access and completion requirements must be agreed with the institution. No 12-month hospital deadline is stated. The eight-day intensive is a delivery format, not a guarantee of completion.
Conditions & limits
No guaranteed ROI or case volume, blanket TROGSS endorsement or automatic clinical authorization is promised. The Surgeon 360° portal exists, and its connection to Kajabi is in preparation. Automatic progress and certificate updates are not yet confirmed as available. The portal does not grant clinical privileges.
The PRO-E academic records link to F-ROB011 and remain separate from hospital privilege forms. A course certificate, an academic recommendation, hospital privileges and authorization for a specific case are distinct decisions.
No institutional price or checkout is offered. Scope and services are agreed in writing.
Assessment and recognition
A clear record of learning—and a clear statement of its scope
The integrated assessment design uses a proctor and mentor manual to connect observed participation, technical assessment, teamwork, feedback and follow-up. It includes a documented process for remediation and reassessment.
An academic completion record describes the requirements met and the scope of the learning assessed. A mentor’s recommendation informs the next educational step. Hospital privileges and case-specific authorization are separate decisions by the responsible institution.
Before enrolling, confirm the document issued for the online component, its issuer, completion requirements and delivery process.
